Deep Trouble is a single-player puzzle game. There is no account and no sign-up. Your game progress is saved only on your device and is never uploaded to us.
We do not run our own servers and we do not collect analytics about you. The only personal data involved in this app is handled by Google, in order to show ads and to process purchases.
If you want your data gone, uninstall the app. That is genuinely all it takes.
Deep Trouble is published by TDevelopers ("we", "us").
For any privacy question, or to exercise the rights described below, contact us at [email protected]. We aim to reply within 30 days.
The game saves your progress locally: levels completed, stars, coins, gems, boosters, artifacts, daily streaks and your sound and haptics settings.
This information stays on your device. We cannot see it, it is not backed up to our servers, and it is deleted when you uninstall the app. You can also erase it at any time from Settings → Reset all progress.
Deep Trouble shows ads, including full-screen ads between levels and optional ads you choose to watch in exchange for in-game rewards.
Ads are served by Google AdMob. To do this, Google may collect and process:
We do not receive this data. We see only anonymous, aggregated reports such as how many ads were shown in total.
